Our dormitories are designed to provide a supportive and productive environment:

• Room Types: Single or double occupancy rooms.
• Utilities Included: All utilities are included in the dormitory cost.
• Furnishings: Each room is furnished with twin beds with mattresses, reading desks and chairs, and ample closet space.
• Comfort: Central air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout the year.
• Connectivity: Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the dormitory.

Facilities

• Separate wings: Separate wings for male and female students.
• Common kitchen areas: Common kitchen areas equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and dining areas.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities: Coin-operated laundry facilities.
• Shared bathrooms and showers: Shared bathrooms and showers.

Costs

• Single Occupancy: $1200 per month, per student.
• Double Occupancy: $600 per month, per student.
• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $600 is required.
• Cleaning Fee: A semester cleaning fee of $300 is also applicable.
• Cafeteria Fee: A semester cafeteria fee of $300 is also applicable.

Additional Information

• Availability: Dorms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to new students. We encourage you to apply early to secure your spot.
• Visitor Policy: Overnight guests are not allowed.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in the dormitories.
• Conduct: Strict rules against misbehavior, drugs, and alcohol are enforced to maintain a safe and respectful environment.

• Airport Transfers: Convenient transportation from the airport to student residences is available.
• Air Travel: The Queen Beatrix International Airport in Aruba offers direct flights to and from major cities around the world. Miami to Aruba is just a two-hour flight, with frequent direct services from many North American cities.
